One Man. One Day. One Hundred Miles.

Your Roving Reporter doesn't have much to say (for once I hear the Shabbas cry!).

Phil Box set himself a challenge.

To run 100 miles in 24 hours to raise money for the Smile Train charity to support children born with a cleft palate.

Along the way, he had massive issues - including a heart scare 2 weeks ago that saw him hospitalised.

The support from friends and family has been immense - whether that was people running laps, donations, or messages of support via Facebook or Twitter. And Phil has been overwhelmed by this - it kept him going when it got tough.

There's only one way to tell this story, and that's the man himself.
